3 months in a nut shell :)

It's been too long, sorry for that. We had a crazy Christmas and well since then has been even more crazy to say the least. I'll go in order and see where we get :)

Jeff's 27th Birthday and we had a nice get together for that. Me & the girls bought him a Wii. Even though it's for the family in the end he has been really wanting one. He loves it and plays it a lot. We are soon gonna sit down and show the girls how to play as well. They have fun mimicking us as is. That's super funny too. Here is a few pics of that night.

Everyone knows how crazy December is. But it was spent crazy with family and we love that. We had Emily's 3rd (SNIFF SNIFF) birthday this year. So sad our baby is 3 already. We did a princess pool party this year. Only in the end Emily wanted nothing to do with the swimming part. HAHA she also HATES HATES having the birthday song sung to her too.

Christmas was GREAT as usual. The girls got so many wonderful gifts this year and we are blessed to have so many wonderful family and friends in our lives.
December also was the month I was put at part time with my job. Sadly but happily I today in March am laid off. Not sure how long it will last but none the less it was definitely needed with the hardships that were going on.
Here are some pictures of our special events in December...

1/10-HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!
We rang in the New Year at a friend’s house. It's the 1st New Year's we didn't spend with the girls. Nice but we missed em lots of course. January was kind of a calm month, thank goodness. Emily did however get her 1st hair cut. She has this thing about pulling her hair out and playing with it in her hand while she sucks her thumb. Gross I know, but it's caused her hair on one side to be shorter, so mamma went ahead and evened it our for her. She is doing much better now that she has had it cut. AND that I FINALLY started selling Lia Sophia Jewelry. Heather my advisor whom I've known for 5 years is now my "boss", kinda. I'm my own boss but she is my "boss" if that makes any sense. I LOVE LOVE LOVE it and am SOOO happy I finally am doing it.

Again another quiet month and nothing exciting going on except for fighting colds and the flu. I'm not a fan of the flu shoot and have never gotten for me or my family. I myself think it's what causes the outpour of it and I don't like to participate in that. I did however get the flu this year (still won't do the shot) and it was horrible but lasted badly for a day. So I was one of the lucky ones. It had been years though that I had gotten it. Still it sucked :)
Me, Jeff, Becca(his sis) and her Hubby all went up to Chicago for Valentines Day. Ate at a REALLY good steakhouse and danced at Crobar night club. Good times with family and Friends...Always the best...
Finally got to take the girls out in the snow. Every year when the weather was "nice" enough to take em out they were always sick. So this year I couldn’t find any boots for Emily, I swear I couldn't, but to the rescue was Aunt Becca with a pair of Kayla's old ones. Got em all bundled up and Emily lasted a whole 5 minutes outside. AHHHH all the fuss and she wanted nothing to do with it. Edisyn lasted longer but she was ready after about 10 minutes. Daddy was sad cause he was building a hill so Emily could use her new sled but again 10 minutes and they were done...FUNNY!!
Also the girls started their annual swim lessons. Only this time Emily is all by herself. She's big enough to be in the 3-6yr old class. Edisyn is still in the Parent N Tot class. It just so happens this time around that Emily, Kayla, Lexi and Edisyn all go at the same time now. YAY, it’s so cute and fun to watch them all.
I had my 1st shows of my new business. I love being my own boss. FYI. I set my own hours and do things my way, its great!! The goals LS would like for you to sell I doubled with only 3 shows booked for February. GO ME!! I have several more shows now and lots to look forward to this spring so far.

Just the beginning for the month so far and well Jeff got the flu as well. His beat him down though. Poor guy. 1st time other than having to go to the hospital before he's had to call off work in 5 years. GO JEFF!
I am now laid off at work. I'm am officially a SAHM and loving it so far. I am by no means a "house wife" but I love my kids and I'm hoping to have tons of fun with em. I love to work though so even part time I was happy, but needless to say it was time to be laid off. I asked for it and my boss agreed. It's hard times at work and well I just couldn't stay any longer. I hope to go back(crazy I know), but I have a great job that pays well, and is flexible with me and my family and you can't find that many places. So yes I hope things look up.
Meanwhile I'll push on with my jewelry business, Jeff will keep plugging away until maybe something better comes along and the girl’s ironically are in bed with fevers. LOL, they got a wee bit of I'm sure what Jeff had. Their spirits stay high though and unless to felt them would you know they are sick. Gotta Love em. We have tons to look forward to in 2010 and so far it's had its ups and downs. As always it can always be worse. I'll keep you all updated though...Thanks and I hope you enjoyed the crammed in three months we've had...Sorry I'm not more on top of it :)
